- The contest is open to amateur and professional photographers alike apart from employees of ONE°15 Marina Club and its affiliate/subsidiary companies, their agents or members of their families. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the date entries are submitted.
- By entering the contest entrants agree to these terms and conditions:
- All photographs submitted must be taken at ONE°15 Marina Club.
- All entries must be received by 10 October 2009;
- Only online submission of image for Contest will be accepted. Submission via other channels will not be considered as contest entries.
- Digital images must be 180 – 300 dpi in resolution and minimum pixel size should be 1993 x 3000 pixels. Each image submitted should be no larger than 1.5mb in JPEG format;
- Each entry must be clearly submitted with the entrant’s name, membership number, email address and caption;
- Images submitted should not be entered for any other photography contest;
- Entrants must own copyright in all entries and by entering this contest, entrants warrant that their entries do not infringe the rights of any third party;
- Entrants may submit a maximum of three (3) photos each.
- Entrants agree that the ONE°15 Marina Club shall have the right, but not the obligation, to exhibit and reproduce, and authorize others to reproduce, the participating entries for all publicity and promotional purposes connected to ONE°15 Marina Club, including exhibitions, website and calendars.
- The winners will be chosen by the panel of judges chosen by ONE°15 Marina Club.
- The finalists will be notified by post, email or telephone after the closing date; not later than 30 October 2009. ONE°15 Marina Club reserve the right to publish the names of the winners.
- No correspondence will be entered into. No purchase is necessary. No cash or other alternative to the prizes will be available.
- The decision of the judges shall be final.
- ONE°15 Marina Club will not be liable in any way should circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent a prize from being taken up by a winner or interfere with a winner’s enjoyment of the prize.
